Sand Training manages the website, application and project communications. You can contact us at info@sandtraining.com.
Minimum age: 18
SandTraining is exclusively for people aged 18 and over. Access and registration require your declaration that you meet this age requirement. This declaration does not verify your identity or date of birth. We do not request a date of birth for this check; we remember the confirmation during the browser session and associate it with your account on that device. If you are under 18, you must not use this service.
How we use your data
Forms allow us to respond to enquiries and manage communications and sessions. Your private account identifies you, saves your preferred language and view, and handles your trainer application. Applications include your city, disciplines and professional introduction. The authorised team reviews the profile and records its decisions.
Services and storage
Clerk manages identity and sessions. Professional profiles and applications are stored in SandTraining's private Postgres database hosted on its VPS. The Android app opens the same private area and uses Clerk’s sign-in interface; if you choose Google, authentication continues with Google in the system browser. IONOS provides VPS hosting. Authentication and hosting providers process session and device identifiers, IP addresses and technical request data to enable access, maintain the service and prevent abuse.
Identity and security data
Your account includes your identifier, email, name and any profile image you choose to add. If you sign in with Google, Clerk receives the identity data you authorise during that sign-in. Clerk manages credentials and sessions. Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check automated requests; this service processes technical browser and connection data.
Protecting your data
The production app uses HTTPS connections. Access to your account and private data requires authentication, and professional applications are reviewed only by the authorised team. The private area does not load the public Google Tag Manager analytics tags. Optional analytics on the public website follows your cookie consent choices.
Forms and account use
We request explicit consent in forms that require it. Account and professional profile data are used to provide the functions you request. Optional cookie preferences are managed separately.
Your device and offline behaviour
The PWA may store public application files and your chosen language. It does not store profiles or private responses for offline viewing. We do not request general camera, microphone, contacts or location permissions. You can select files from your device when a feature requires it.
Fitness tests and training audio
Course Navette plays audio signals and calculates distance from the time you enter. The result is calculated on your device and is not saved or sent to the server. Android may cache the public audio and continue playback with the screen locked through a visible media service that you start. You can stop it from the app or its notification.
Retention
Account and application data are kept for as long as needed for your relationship with SandTraining. Deleting an account removes its profile and professional application. We retain a minimal technical deletion record to prevent retries from restoring the data. Independent registrations and communications are handled according to their purpose and applicable retention obligations; they are not automatically linked or deleted because an email address matches.
Delete your account or request data deletion
Go to /app/ajustes and choose Delete account. The relevant identity verification will be required. You can also request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@sandtraining.com and stating that your request concerns SandTraining. This option is available without installing the app or signing in.
