BFT methodology

The BFT methodology is created based on research, experimentation and experience, defining 4 large blocks of work: coordination, mobility, HIIT training and cool down.

The pillars of a different training

Training on sand involves greater energy consumption and lower impact during training sessions compared to those carried out on firm surfaces. There are also important physiological and biomechanical differences when comparing training between both surfaces; it has been proven that sand training can limit muscle damage and soreness. All our workouts are designed to make the most of the benefits of functional sand training, while enjoying a dynamic and fun group activity. With group, couple and individual activities, based on different disciplines and high-performance programs, we offer anyone access to training performed by great sand sports athletes such as Beach Volleyball, Beach Tennis or Futvoley.

Coordination

Coordination is key in our daily lives and allows us to excel in sports and physical activities, making the most of our abilities.

Mobility

One of the basic physical abilities is flexibility. We tend to overload ourselves muscularly when we train hard. The development of flexibility together with correct joint mobility allows us to increase our range of motion, which results in greater efficiency and the avoidance of injuries.

HIIT

The initials HIIT come from High Intensity Interval Training. That is, high intensity interval training. HIIT allows you to achieve the same results as long-duration cardio, but instead of needing 45 minutes, 10 or 15 is enough. In addition, it has proven to be very effective in a very short period of time.

Breathing

Breath is the most fundamental human need. Despite the seriousness of this statement, breathing is the most underutilized component of health and performance. With BFT you will learn how to use the different protocols to positively impact performance, recovery and health.
